Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Salesio (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

2. Subscription & billing

• Salesio is sold as a monthly subscription, billed in advance via Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Prices are listed at salesio.app/pricing and may change with 30 days' notice for existing customers.
• All charges are in US dollars unless otherwise noted at checkout.

3. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months. See our Refund Policy for full details.

4. Your content

Anything you publish through Salesio stays your property. You grant Salesio a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit and display that content as needed to provide the Service. We don't sell your content to third parties.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Salesio to:

• Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, fraudulent, or that violates someone else's rights.
• Distribute malware, spam, or content that interferes with the Service.
• Reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
• Use Salesio to evade sanctions or operate in any country prohibited by US law.

6. Salesio's intellectual property

Salesio, including the platform, templates, designs and brand, is owned by Salesio and protected by US and international IP law. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service while your subscription is active.

7. Third-party services

Salesio integrates with Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), OpenAI (AI features), Google Maps (maps), and hosting providers — their respective terms apply to those parts of the Service.

8. Service availability

We work to keep Salesio available 24/7 but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, security updates and force-majeure events may cause brief downtime.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Salesio's total liability for any claim related to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

10. Termination

You can stop using Salesio at any time. We may terminate your account for breach of these Terms, for unpaid invoices, or if we decide to discontinue the Service. After termination we delete your account and associated content within 90 days.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. For material changes we'll notify you at least 30 days before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts in Montgomery County, Maryland.
