No. Each plan includes a total number of original pieces, which we adapt and publish across your chosen channels. A piece published on several channels counts as one. On Momentum, for example, that's 12 in total: the 9 graphics are adapted for Instagram and Facebook, and the 3 videos go out on Reels, TikTok and Facebook.
The plans use the photos and videos you send us, shot on your phone; we tell you what to shoot. An on-site photo or video session is quoted separately, depending on your location.
No. Ad spend is separate from the plan fee and is paid directly to Meta, TikTok or Google through your own account. Campaign management is included in Acceleration and Apex; on Momentum and Velocity it's added from $750/mo.
Human support is for you, as our client. Replying to your customers' DMs and comments can be added as a separate service.
