Only what costs us to run has an included amount that resets monthly, and usage beyond it bills as overage on your normal cycle: AI chat $0.01 per message, emails $0.002 each, SMS $0.05 each. SMS reminders are included on Pro (200 / month); Connect uses email reminders. Your service never stops — you're only charged for what you actually use over your included amount. No setup fees. Leads, subscribers and bookings are unlimited. The monthly price covers everything included in your plan. Two things can add to it: the built-in shop fee on Pro and Custom (0.5% + 30¢ per sale, on top of Stripe's processing, only when you actually sell), and usage of the things that cost us to run beyond your included amounts — AI chat messages ($0.01), emails ($0.002) and SMS ($0.05, included on Pro only). Your service never stops — you're only billed for what you actually use over what's included.
