Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want Salesio to feel risk-free. This page explains exactly how cancellation and refunds work so there are no surprises.
Monthly subscription — cancel anytime
Salesio is a no-contract monthly subscription. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
Refund eligibility
We issue refunds in three specific cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charge. Full refund within 60 days, no questions asked.
- Service unavailable. If salesio.app or your published site is down for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our error, you can request a pro-rated refund.
- Material change to the Service. If we remove a core feature listed on the pricing page and you cancel within 30 days of the change, we refund your most recent month.
Outside of these cases, monthly payments are non-refundable.
Annual prepayments
If you prepaid for a year, you can cancel anytime and we'll refund unused months on a pro-rata basis, less a 10% administrative fee. Send the request to billing@salesio.app.
How to cancel
- Log in to your dashboard at webapp.salesio.app.
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Click Cancel subscription and confirm.
You'll get an email confirmation right away. If you can't log in, email billing@salesio.app from the address on your account.
What happens to your site
At the end of your billing period the published site is taken offline. We keep your data for 90 days; after that it's deleted. You can export site content (JSON) and images anytime from the dashboard.
