Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your data from Salesio (a product of Tsubaki Systems LLC), including any data we hold from an Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok account you connected. It complements our Privacy Policy.

Delete your Salesio account and data

You have three options:

1. From your account: sign in, go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm. This removes your account, sites, content, and the personal data tied to it.
2. By email: send a request from your account email to privacy@salesio.app with the subject “Delete my data”. We may verify your identity before processing.
3. If you used a Customer's page (you booked, bought, or contacted a business that uses Salesio): email privacy@salesio.app and we will forward your request to that business (the data controller) and assist with deletion.

Delete data from a connected social account (Instagram / Facebook / TikTok)

To remove the data we hold from a connected social account:

1. Disconnect inside Salesio: go to Social → Conexiones and click Disconnecton the account. This revokes our access and queues deletion of that account's tokens and data.
2. Or remove the app on the platform:
   • Facebook:Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Salesio.
   • Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Salesio.
   • TikTok:Settings → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions → remove Salesio.
   Removing the app revokes our access and triggers deletion of the data tied to that connection.
3. Or email us: privacy@salesio.appwith the connected account's handle and we will delete the data.

What we delete

• Your account profile and the personal data tied to it.
• Access tokens for connected social accounts (deleted on disconnect).
• Content, posts, comments, metrics, and analytics we stored from a connected account.
• Lead/booking/order records that identify you (subject to legal retention below).

Timing and exceptions

We complete deletion requests within 30 days. We may retain limited information where the law requires it (for example, SMS consent logs are kept for at least 4 years to satisfy U.S. TCPA rules, and basic transaction records for tax/audit), and we may keep aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you.

Eliminación de datos (Español)

Para eliminar tus datos de Salesio: ve a Configuración → Eliminar cuenta, o escribe a privacy@salesio.app con el asunto “Eliminar mis datos”.

Para borrar los datos de una cuenta de Instagram, Facebook o TikTok conectada: en Salesio ve a Redes → Conexiones y dale Desconectar, o quita la app Salesio desde la configuración de esa red. Esto revoca nuestro acceso y borra los tokens y datos de esa conexión. Completamos las solicitudes en un plazo de 30 días (salvo lo que la ley exija conservar, como los registros de consentimiento SMS por 4 años).
